By accessing or using Padel Pulse ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date above shows when. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Padel Pulse is an information directory for padel clubs. It is in active development and includes:
We may add, change or remove features at any time.
To use account-based features you provide your name, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet that age requirement.
You may submit reviews, photos and feedback about clubs ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant Padel Pulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute and use that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership.
You agree your User Content is honest, your own, and does not breach anyone else's rights. We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe is false, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
Padel Pulse compiles publicly available information about clubs and may list a club without the club's involvement. A club may claim its listing by verifying ownership; once verified, the club may edit specified fields of its public profile.
Listing inclusion is not an endorsement and a Pulse Score is an informational signal, not a recommendation. Pulse Scores cannot be purchased or otherwise influenced by paid plans.
Some features for clubs require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms and cancellation rights are described on the Pricing & Plans page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change prices on 30 days' notice, applied at the next renewal.
The Service, including its compilations, the Pulse Score methodology and supporting software, is owned by Padel Pulse (or its licensors) and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your User Content as described in section 4.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Pulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenues, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Padel Pulse in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account creates legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the relevant feature. We will give reasonable notice where it is practical to do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws that grant you stronger rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and refresh the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the Service.
