The Reviews component blends Padel Pulse verified-player reviews with the club's Google rating — 100% Google when there are no verified reviews, shifting to a 70% verified / 30% Google cap as verified reviews accumulate (cap reached at ~20 verified reviews).
A Provisional tag means a club has fewer than 5 verified player reviews. Its score is still on the full weighting; it will simply sharpen as verified reviews come in.
How clubs improve their score. Claim the club (free) and complete the profile (Operational Quality & Transparency lifts). Encourage members to leave verified reviews on Padel Pulse (Reviews component sharpens). Reply to those reviews promptly (responsiveness counts). Add per-court detail and a coaching section (Facility lifts). Keep info current — opening hours, pricing, photos — (recency stays high). A paid tier does not move the score; the tools simply make these actions easier.
